Preparing for motherhood is just as important as preparing for pregnancy and birth!
If you haven’t attended any of my other classes and find yourself, at say 35 weeks, in a blind panic about how you are going to survive the first weeks or months (or even years!) of motherhood, this 3-hour class is for you.
It is for women only, and we can explore in depth all your fears and concerns and put them to rest, with some relaxation, fear release and powerful hypnosis and NLP (Neuro-linguistic Programming) tools.
It is indeed crucial to prepare for motherhood, so that you don’t feel overwhelmed by the emotions and pragmatic challenges of the first few months of your baby’s life and your new role.
This 3-hour class introduces self-hypnosis and NLP techniques specifically targeted to challenges that new mums generally face. It covers everything from making the most of limited sleep and enhancing bonding, to developing maternal instincts and finding focus and clarity amidst the myriad of feelings that come with being a new mother. With clear strategies and varied techniques that are easy to learn and fast to use, it empowers you to embrace your own unique journey, free from outside expectations or judgement, and provides a safe space for you to explore, enhance and resolve your feelings. The tools can be used in different combinations to help you find perspective rapidly, tap into inner resources and remain grounded and balanced throughout your baby’s infancy and beyond.
There are only a handful of HypnoMothering™ practitioners in the UK (I was the first to be trained in this country), so this is a unique opportunity for you to be fully prepared for motherhood and all its challenges, as well as its rewards and joys, in a way that no other programme out there is doing at the moment.
This class is suitable even if you have attended my full, 7-class Wise Hippo course, as it gives you different tools for enjoying early motherhood, some NLP-based, but I would say it is mostly for pregnant women who have either done other birthing programmes and would like some preparation for motherhood too, or for those who haven’t done any kind of preparation for anything.
If you have already had your baby and would like to attend this class, I offer a variation of it to mums, as a private class only. Get in touch to ask me for more details.
