Birth and motherhood preparation for emotional eaters
Freedom from Food for Bumps is my Freedom from Food programme specifically for women who are pregnant. It is a way of preparing for (the rest of your) pregnancy, birth and motherhood in terms of food, weight, size, body image and emotional eating. Using all the tools that I teach in my main programme, specifically tailored to your own needs as a pregnant mum, you can prepare for pregnancy, labour, birth and motherhood and start enjoying the food you eat, your body, your baby, your growing tummy, solving the issues that have been affecting you and your life in general, getting to the root of the real problems (it’s practically never about the food or your body!), and getting ready for an identity change when you become a mother, in particular if you’re going to be the main carer of your child/children.
